NOVEMBER 17th 

​Families are welcome to join their children for lunch.

Please RSVP on the form sent via email to all families.

Classroom 

students sign-up for Thanksgiving lunch in their classroom with the teacher on the day of the luncheon for hot lunch. 

            

Parents and grandparent with younger siblings must RSVP  in advance so the cooks can purchase and prepare enough food.

The RSVP form was sent on 10/28/16 via email to all families.   

HAPPY FRIDAY

We had lot's of fun watching the pre-schoolers Trick or Treat for stickers, toothbrushes and tattoos today!  Don't forget, Monday is Halloween!  Have a wonderful weekend.

APPLE PICKING

Wow!  What a wonderful trip to Chapin Orchards to kick off our unit on farming.  We learned how bees pollinate trees, what critters have to be managed, how to make cider and more!  A great time was had by everyone!  Thank you to all our chaperones.  We couldn't have done it without you.

We're Going on a Field Trip!

That's right!  We are going to Chapin Orchards on Wednesday October 5th for some apple picking.    We are looking for 3 chaperones per classroom.  If you are interested in joining us let us know via the permission slip going home tomorrow.  It should be a fun and delicious day!      Chapin Orchards Link

ZUCCHINI RELAY!

We all had a great time yesterday at our zucchini relay!  It was so much fun getting outside and enjoying our bountiful harvest and the beautiful weather.  Thank you to everyone who came out to help and to watch.

Harvest Time

We had an amazing time out in our garden this afternoon.  We were able to pick potatoes, radishes, pumpkins, grapes and tomatoes!  Wow, so much delicious food.  Thank you to all the volunteers who came out to help us with our harvest!

Our friend Safari brought us all friendship bracelets from her travels to Ecuador.  Such a kind gesture from our new friend!

Happy First Day Of School

Not even a thunderstorm could slow us down!  It was a great start to what is sure to be a fantastic school year. 

Rocket Day

Rocket Day 2016 was a huge success!  Thanks to all who came out.  Congratulations 4th graders, we will miss  you!

Valentine's Day

February 12th.
